Add or remove a channel

Channel = one Buffer-connected profile. Always: Buffer first (connect + authorize), then Prometheus (toggle for this business).

Add

1. Buffer: add account; confirm it appears in Buffer.
2. Prometheus: Configure → business → Social media. Missing in list? Save key again (new token from API settings if needed).
3. Toggle the profile on for this business → save.
4. Matrix defaults refresh—tweak frequencies if you want.

Remove

1. Social media: toggle profile off → save.
2. Matrix: turn matching row off so automation does not target a dead destination.
3. Optional: disconnect in Buffer if the account is retired.

One Buffer profile → one Prometheus business. Conflict? Unassign from the other business first.
